Definitely, yes. Honestly, when feelings are balanced, flings truly can be beautiful. The fact that he had completely different things going through his head during our interactions compared to mine just dulls the experience because I feel like I spotted a magic trick on the streets and he was looking at the map for the nearest restaurant, if that makes sense.
Haha fair! I have about 2-3 good male friends and they also don’t fully grasp what it’s like to be a woman in patriarchal society. And how would they? They are aware of their privileges tho (at least sometimes, so that’s good) but none of them are dateable cuz taken haha - that’s my current, or lack thereof, luck
